Frequently asked questions
It all began with a simple idea and a deep passion for riding.
As a small business, we pride ourselves on personal attention and dedication to every detail. Our approach is simply to give you the best service so that you can enjoy your 2 wheeled adventure.
We want you to come back again, and tell your riding pals about us.
Will you add other types of motorcycle to your fleet?
Yes this is our intention, as we do understand that some riders may prefer to ride smaller machines. We plan to monitor the types of requests we receive before choosing other models.
What happens if I have an accident?
The short term ownership agreement that we operate means that you own the motorcycle for the period you are using it.
Indeed, we will not release a machine to you until we have confirmation that you have full insurance coverage in place.
(We can assist with arranging this).
In the event of significant damage being caused to the motorcycle, we recommend that you deal with this by claiming through your insurance policy.
For minor damage or scratches, we would be happy to come to an arrangement with you for the reasonable cost of repairs, and deduct this from your refund of the purchase price when you return the motorcycle to us.
What if I break down?
The Honda ST1300 is a very reliable machine, however, all vehicles can experience a breakdown at some point in their life, and we can make no guarantee that this cannot happen.
We recommend that you take out roadside recovery cover which can assist with recovery, and we will always try to offer a replacement machine to you in the event of this happening.
If the breakdown has not been caused through accident or misuse of the motorcycle, we will take responsibility for the cost of repairs, and will discuss with riders how best to achieve this on an individual basis in these circumstances.
We accept no responsibility for any delays or disruptions to your intended trip, but will endeavour to assist you in any way we can. We just want you to have an enjoyable trip and to come back and see us again.
Are punctures covered?
All machines are fully checked and supplied with recent tyres fitted and sufficient depth of tread to last at least for the duration of your planned trip.
As above, breakdown recovery insurance is strongly recommended as even a simple puncture can be problematic when stranded at the roadside.
We cannot accept responsibility for tyre damage or punctures when the machine is in your ownership.
We will populate this page further as we gain more feedback from our clients.
